Prof. Jia Cui

Shenyang University of Technology, China

Biography:

Professor, Doctoral supervisor, Deputy Director of the Teaching and Research Section of New Energy Science and Engineering at Shenyang University of Technology, Postdoctoral fellow at Argonne National Laboratory, USA, as the leader of the research team for multi-energy System and Network Analysis and the scientific and technological research team for multi-layer interactive regulation and control technology of source-grid-load-storage, Vice Chairperson of the Digital and Intelligent Subcommittee of the IEEE PES Transformer Technology Committee Member of the Chinese Renewable Energy Society, IEEE Power and Energy Society, China Electrotechnical Society, Chinese Association of Automation, etc. Mainly engaged in research on smart grid and integrated energy technology, etc. Has led and participated in more than 30 projects including the Science and Technology Research Project of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, the Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province, and the science and technology project of State Grid Corporation of China. More than 30 scientific and technological papers have been published in SCI top journals of the first zone of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other journals. More than 30 invention patents have been applied for, 4 software Copyrights have been obtained, and 3 monographs have been written. He has been awarded the "Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Renewable Energy Society" and the "Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry". The research results have played an important role in promoting smart grids and integrated energy.

Prof. Qinmin Yang

Zhejiang Universityy, China

Biography:

Qinmin Yang is a Qiu Shi Distinguished Professor at Zhejiang University and a recipient of the National High-level Talent Program. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, USA, and formerly worked as a senior systems engineer at Caterpillar Inc. He has successively led projects including the Joint Key and General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Technology’s 863 Program, and intelligent manufacturing projects under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He is currently a senior member of IEEE, the deputy director of the ADPRL Committee and the secretary-general of the New Energy Group under the Control Theory Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. He serves on the editorial boards of international and domestic journals such as IEEE TNNLS, TSMC: Systems, and TIMC. He has been awarded the First and Second Prizes of Zhejiang Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress, the First Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress from the Chinese Association of Automation, the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Advisor Award from the Chinese Association of Automation, and has been recognized as a Leading Talent under the Zhejiang Province Ten-Thousand Talents Program.

Prof. Yi Liu

Zhejiang University of Technology, China

Biography:

Yi Liu, Ph.D., is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University of Technology. He is dedicated to fundamental research and applications in the field of data intelligence for process industries. He currently serves as a committee member of several specialized committees under the Chinese Association of Automation, the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and the Chinese Chemical Society. He is also an editorial board member of journals such as Quantitative InfraRed Thermography Journal and Acta Automatica Sinica. He has led projects including the National Natural Science Foundation's Excellent Young Scientist Fund and Joint Key Programs. Yi Liu has published over 60 papers as the first or corresponding author in internationally renowned journals in the field of process modeling and control and holds more than 10 authorized national invention patents. He has supervised two master's students who received the Zhejiang Province Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award.
